You are not permitted to copy the text, design or any of the images throughout our website and the information available must only be used for browsing or purchasing purposes.

We do not sell your details for monetary gain.

We do not sell or provide your email to any third party.

We do not disclose your information to a third party.

Your information is solely used to complete your transaction or to communicate with you about your order.

Refunds or Exchanges

At any stage if we make a typo error or provide you with a faulty item that is clearly our fault your purchased item will be promptly exchanged for another once we recieve the defect product  in question.

2 Year Warranty

We offer a 2 year replacement warranty for any stickers ordered from boatsickers.com.au that covers severe fading (more than 80%) and cracking of our stickers within this time frame. This warranty does not apply to stickers that have been mistreated where they have been scratched or stickers that were peeling off due to the surface not being cleaned properly before applying these onto your substrate. The warranty period commences within 1 week of the order being placed and only covers severe defects to the stickers themselves.

Transactions

The products we offer you for sale are provided as described per the items listing page and we do not store your credit card details. All transactions are completed by third party websites which include Paypal and Paymate.

All transactions thoughout our website are made and charged in Australian Dollars.

A currency converter is available for international buyers.

The office of Wolf-Gear is located in Melbourne Australia and the laws that are applicable about our Business dealings is by the governing state where our Business is managed from which is Melbourne, Australia.
